普查范圍是832個(gè)國家扶貧開(kāi)發(fā)工作重點(diǎn)縣和集中連片特困地區縣，享受片區政策的新疆維吾爾自治區阿克蘇地區7個(gè)市縣，以及在中西部22個(gè)省(區、市)抽取的部分其他縣。普查對象為普查范圍內的全部行政村(包括有建檔立卡戶(hù)的居委會(huì )、社區)和全部建檔立卡戶(hù)。普查內容包括建檔立卡戶(hù)基本情況、“兩不愁三保障”實(shí)現情況、主要收入來(lái)源、獲得幫扶和參與脫貧攻堅項目情況，以及縣和行政村基本公共服務(wù)情況等。
